Core Concepts
Product: A functional capability offered by the platform (for example, Identity and onboarding, Cards, Payouts, Collections). Product names match the left‑nav taxonomy.
Program: Your specific deployment of one or more products under a defined commercial and regulatory framework.
Jurisdiction: The country or region whose laws and regulations apply to your program and end users.
Regulatory configuration: Controls and settings enforced by the platform to meet policy and program requirements (for example, KYC verification policies, transaction monitoring rules, card usage restrictions).
Roles and responsibilities: The division of obligations between the platform, licensed issuer(s), and you as a partner
